Portraits of Toledo
Public Works Collaborative collaborated with the Toledo Museum of Art (TMA) to create community focused story events, coinciding with exhibitions or in celebration of community initiatives, including the 2018 Portraits of Toledo project.
Along with TMA staff, PWC facilitated a series of workshops in the community over the course of six months. The goal of these storytelling workshops was to generate opportunities and explore connections that made up the Toledo family experience and then share those with the community. A small collective of storytellers were invited to share their story on stage at the TMA, with music and video integrated. PWC led the production of this event.
